Pilgrims Chase is a new, high quality conversion of four stables and a feed barn. All
the original beams are intact with pitch pine or terracotta tile floors throughout.
Equestrian memorabilia abounds. The Chase is laid out on the ground floor and is wheelchair
friendly. Gas centrally heated and double-glazed.

surrounded by three large sofas. Gate leg-dining table and six chairs. Colour tv, video, set top digital box, radio/cd player.
Kitchen with electric cooker/grill, larder fridge and microwave. Bathroom bath with shower enclosure,
washbasin and wc. Bedroom 1
double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest and dressing table. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have 2 single beds (under bed storage), bedside
tables and hanging space.
Heating GFCH. Also Provided: Bed linen, duvets and towels - please bring your own beach/pool towels. Books, games videos & cds.
Welcome hamper. Pets one very well behaved dog.

Garden Large patio with table, seating and barbeque plus shared use of the rest of the grounds. There is also a summerhouse, chess
set and croquet for your outside entertainment. Pool The indoor heated pool is for all guests and may be used from 8am to 8pm. There
is no lifeguard so children are not allowed in unless supervised by an adult and nobody can use the pool area on their own.
Exercise Room & Laundry On the first floor of the gig house/wood store is an exercise room with weights and bench. There is also a
pool/air hockey table. The laundry area has a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests to use free of charge. There are also
irons and ironing boards.
Parking We have a private car park to the rear of the property. One space for each cottage. Other cars may use free public parking
opposite in Abbey Street. We like to keep the grounds and lane free of cars so that children and animals are safe.
