Ground Floor:
A large Sitting Room/Dining Room has comfortable sofas next to a fireplace (set into the forge), a dining table and chairs for four,
colour tv/video, set top digital box, radio/cd player. There are books, games, videos and cds. Galley style Kitchen with electric
cooker/grill, microwave and larder fridge. Bathroom bath with shower attachment built into the interior of the forge, hand basin
and wc.
First Floor:
Accessed from Sitting Room Gallery Bedroom 1 (a heavy curtain provides privacy if required) with double bed, bedside tables, dressing
table and hanging space. Gallery Bedroom 2 (a heavy curtain provides privacy if required) with two single beds, bedside tables and
hanging space. Not suitable for small children.
Heating Under floor gfch with radiators in bathroom and kitchen, also Provided: Bed linen, duvets and towels - please bring your own
beach/pool towels. Books, games, videos & cds. Welcome hamper. Pets one very well behaved dog.
Notes. Weekly bookings start Saturday.
Garden A small patio to the rear and picnic table and barbeque by the front door. Shared use of the rest of the grounds. There is
also a summerhouse, chess set and croquet for your outside entertainment. Pool The indoor heated pool is for all guests and it
may be used from 8 am to 8 pm. There is no lifeguard so children are not allowed in unless supervised by an adult and nobody can
use the pool area on their own. Exercise Room & Laundry On the first floor of the gig house/wood store is an exercise room with
weights & bench. There is also a pool/air hockey table. The laundry area has a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests to use
free of charge. There are also irons and ironing boards.
Parking We have a private car park to the rear of the property. One space for each cottage. Other cars may use free public parking
opposite in Abbey Street. We like to keep the grounds and lane free of cars so that children and animals are safe.
